How do I return an item?

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. If you wish to return a product from us, it must meet the following criteria:

- You have 14 days to return an item from the date you received it.

- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

- Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase. (Can contain order number).

This applies only to products sold on our website, please read below to see the T&C's for custom made products.

Eredi ships Internationally to the UK, US, Canada & France.

 

What is your refund policy?

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

 

How long does it take to receive Pre - orders?

All our pre order products are 'made to order'. As you place the order, they are made for you. These items can take up to 10 working days to make and an additional 3 - 5 working days with standard delivery. 1-2 days with express delivery. 

 

Custom orders/Bespoke items

To avoid any miscommunication we have put together some T&C’s to ensure we all have the best experience!

As a custom made outfit is a “1/1” and tailor made for the client, this service is NOT eligible for refunds.

The custom process requires a fitting after it has been made, in which we may have to make adjustments so you are fully satisfied.

Measurements can be provided to us however, we are not liable for any incorrect measurements unless we have personally taken the client’s measurements. If this leads to having to make a new garment, the client will incur an extra cost. 

A deposit of 50% of the total is required to get the process started. This is also NON REFUNDABLE but goes towards the payment of the custom.
